The Coach House

The rose covered Coach House provides cosy self-contained studio style accommodation for up to 4 people. Let the sunshine pour in through the french doors while you enjoy a breakfast of local farm produce, provided for you, to cook at your leisure. Your own private courtyard with al fresco dining area and a gas BBQ is ideal for relaxed luncheons. A private garden setting allows you to curl up with a book and admire the extensive gardens with their established trees and thousands of bulbs in spring. Relax on the all weather tennis court or fish at the lake. The Coach House has a queen sized bed, with electric blanket and cosy doona. There is electric space heating to keep winter chills at bay. The Coach House also has a sofa bed for extra guests. In a separate ensuite bathroom there is a toilet and shower. The lounge area has a TV and VCR for your entertainment. The kitchenette, with a small stove, microwave and bar fridge allows you to prepare breakfast from the English breakfast starter basket provided. The Coach House offers an ideal retreat for couples - just bring your own lunch and dinner or explore the many fine cafes and restaurants of the Highlands. Tariff: [Inc. GST] Midweek: $140 (per double/per night) Weekend: $320 (per double/two nights) Long Weekend: $445 (per double/three nights) Extra persons: $25 (per person/per night) Weekly rates also available. Prices subject to change without notice TERMS AND CONDITIONS Bookings that are cancelled 14 days and over prior to occupancy will attract up to 12% ( of booked total) booking and administration fee. Cancellation within 14 days of booked date attracts 50% of booked total if accommodation not rebooked by another party. 48 hours notice of cancellation attracts 100% of booked total if accommodation not rebooked by another party. Bookings may be transferred without charge provided original booking is relet. Breakages, damages, lost items are to be reported and paid for.
